Bold signifies a UH commit.

Defensive back Landon Miles from Angleton has picked up several offers in the last month (Tulane, UTSA, among others). As a deep safety, he displays good range and attacks the ball in the air. His long frame and fluidity allow him to cover a lot of ground in pursuit. Miles shows versatility playing near the LOS and rushing the passer. It’s no surprise he is on the Coogs radar.

George Perez, an interior OL from C.E. King, won OL MVP at the Rivals Camp last weekend. A coach at that event told me that he was the best player at his position this year, and that he had been last year when he watched him. Perez is a player to keep an eye on for Coog fans. He has shown his versatility playing multiple positions along the line. Perez told me he will likely play RT next season.

Landen Williams-Callis, considered a top-ten player in Texas, was at practice. He has over 70 offers and recently announced a top-15. UH made the list.

Several high schools had coaches in attendance as well. Cy Springs’ Oji Fagan and Huntsville’s JT Berry were among them.
