GoCoogs.com is proud to introduce our newest project – Cougar History: The Oral History Podcast. Cougar History can be found in the top navigation at GoCoogs.com or from its permanent home at CougarHistory.com.

We will gather and preserve UH history through long-form, recorded interviews with former Cougar players, coaches, and staff. We will publish and archive the full long-form interviews as well as shorter versions – snippets, stand-alone stories, and personal commentaries of historical significance. Combined with our Glory Days stories, we hope to build the largest UH Historical Archive ever.

Today, we present 4 snippets about Coach Bill Yeoman as told by Mike Brem (Manager 1972-76).

Over the next 18 months, we expect to conduct over 100 interviews with UH players, coaches, and staff. Preserving this part of our shared history is vital and we strive to be good stewards.

Any suggestions about content or guests that you have are greatly welcome.

We’d also ask you to join GoCoogs.com as a member – help us preserve our traditions and the memories of our Cougar heroes. Our current special is 16 months for just $44.99.
