Kelvin Sampson and a few members of the 3rd-ranked Houston Cougars met the media Friday evening after a quick practice. Sampson said he did not want to do too much after the team played late last night and didn’t get back to campus until around 2 a.m.

Houston flies to Philadelphia Saturday around midday for the Temple game Sunday evening. Tramon Mark said that he believes the team underestimated Temple in the first game.
“We’re more locked in on the defensive end,” Mark said. “We just come back harder and harder.”
J’Wan Roberts said the team knows what’s at stake in this game and will be ready for a war.
