On Monday morning, the Houston Cougars were rewarded once again with the #1 ranking in the AP Poll. The Cougars are 25-2, have the best record in the country, are tied for the most wins with College of Charleston, and are the only program with two or fewer losses.
UH has run off seven-straight wins and 16 of 17, and the Coogs are #1 in the NCAA NET, KenPom, ESPN BPI, BartTorvik, Massey, Massey Composite, and Sagarin.
