Photos: the UH defense continues to lead the way

The Cougar defense gave UH every opportunity Saturday night and, finally, Clayton Tune and the offense scored enough late in the game to put Navy away, 28-20.

Derek Parish, Malik Robinson, Damarion Williams, and Donavan Mutin were defensive leaders while Atlias Bell came through with a sack. Defensive back Marcus Jones returned a punt for a touchdown and scored on offense, becoming the first Cougar since the Tulane game in 2011 to turn that trick (Patrick Edwards).

“He’s a heck of a player,” Dana Holgorsen said after the game. “That punt return stuff, I’ve never seen anything like it.”
