Chaney and Grimes power the Cougars over Alcorn

The short-handed Cougars controlled Sunday’s game against Alcorn State and won 88-55. Reggie Chaney stepped up and delivered 18 points and 6 boards. Quentin Grimes continues to improve and posted a game-high 27 and 10 rebounds. The guy that continues to do the dirty work this season, Justin Gorham, had 16 rebounds – one short of his career-high. Gorham finished with 11 offensive boards – he’s now 8th in the country in offensive rebounding (4.4 per game).
