Shawn Bell leads the passing game and quarterbacks for the Houston Cougars. Bell has a storied career in Texas, at China Springs HS under his dad Mark, as a four-year starter at Baylor, and as a high school and college coach. Bell’s brother Brian is an analyst on the UH staff.
