UH associate head coach/defensive coordinator Doug Belk and three players – Jamal Morris, Ui Ale, and Moses Alexander – spoke with a few media members on Tuesday.
Belk discussed missing players upfront, Hasaan Hypolite’s work at boundary safety, and how practice habits have evolved in the past few years. Morris went into how he evaluates himself in-game, his son, and how he loves playing linebacker. Ale walked us through his journey from high school injuries, COVID, and JUCO to throwing a TD pass in his first snap at QB. And Moses Alexander shed light on his missed year in 2022, how watching film is helping him, and getting his first collegiate start.
