Former UH kicker Matt Hogan shares a couple of stories about unruly Tulsa fans during the 2009 game that he won with a 51-yard field goal. To our knowledge, he’s never shared these stories publicly. Matt is a contributor for GoCoogs and we thank him for his help on the Cougar History Project.
