Highlights from Thursday’s open practice

A few highlights from Houston’s open practice before their first-round game of the 2024 NCAA Tournament. The top-seeded Cougars face Longwood at the FedExForum in Memphis at 8:20 p.m.

Thursday was the first time the media saw Ramon Walker moving in practice, other than shooting free throws. Walker looked much closer to his old self than you could expect. It’s unclear if he will play on Friday night.
